Revision – how do I start?
- Identify your “why,” your passion, and your purpose.
- Every champion had to by faith develop their potential.
- Taking action fuels your faith.
- The solution to being overweight is nutrition – what you eat when you eat, and how much you eat.
- The solution to lack of muscle mass, mobility, strength, and fitness is physical training/exercise.
- Insulin stores your processed food as energy.
- First in your liver: primary source, instantly available.
- Secondly in your muscle: utilized once the primary source is depleted.
- Thirdly as fat: only available at a moderately elevated heart rate, with no insulin present; only once both 1 and 2 are depleted. It is difficult to exercise away fat.
- You exercise to increase muscle mass and fitness.
Exercise Hierarchy
- Health first
- Mobility
- Strength
- Performance
- Physique last
Beginner and intermediate should focus on 1,2 and 3 first.
Fitness = sustained elevated heart rate = cardio. Strength = resistance training.
WE JUDGE OTHERS BY THEIR ACTIONS, WHILE WE JUDGE OURSELVES BY OUR INTENTIONS. – CRAIG GROESCHEL
