Jokes Aside Fitness, is my son, Gregory’s and his wife’s business. It is based on our family property in Pretoria, South Africa. I utilise Greg (Sport Science Degree and U24 OCR World Champion 2017) and Nicolene (BSc Hons Physiotherapy); and their facilities to train functional fitness to anyone interested. Jokes Aside is primarily an outdoor Functional Fitness Training Facility focused on assisting you to achieve your goals, no matter your age or fitness level.
