Self Assessment

Before you move on to the theoretical courses please go through these short questions to determine which course you should start with. 

These YES/ NO questions below are here to help guide you in choosing your first course.
We suggest starting the course where you score highest.

  • Do you have daily quiet time?
  • Do you love yourself as Jesus does? 
  • Are you passionately pursuing your purpose? 
  • Are you open to the leading of the Holy Spirit?
  • Are you serving others through your vocation? 
  • Do you know what your God given purpose is? 
  • Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour?
  • Do you do to others as you would have them do to you?
  • Have you renewed your mind and filled it with God’s Word?
  • Does your life shout Jesus to people who meet you?
Health & Nutrition

In general, have you struggled with any of the following:

  • Food cravings?
  • To lose weight?

  • Eating Fast Food regularly?
  • Maintaining a constant weight?
  • Lifestyle diseases i.e Type 2 Diabetes?

Strength & Fitness
  • Do you have trouble balancing?
  • Are you active for at least 3 days a week?
  • Are you able to hold your own bodyweight?
  • Are you struggling to reach your ideal weight?
  • Have you had a general reduction in flexibility?
  • Do you struggle to reach 10000 steps in a day?
  • Have you had a general reduction in muscular strength?
  • Do you have reduced range of motion preventing certain movements?
  • Do you experience pain/ shortness of breath when undertaking light-moderate physical activity?
  • Do you have any medical conditions where it would be wise to first consult with a Medical Doctor before starting a fitness plan?

With Yes counting negatively and No positively, rate yourself out of 10.

For every question you answered No you get 1 point.

We suggest you work on your weakest last and would suggest starting with the course where you scored Highest!
