  1. Everyone who is united with Jesus Christ is grounded in His love and fueled by His spirit.
  2. Change is not probable, it is inevitable! You can not stay the same. You are on a journey.
  3. He is the key to maintaining lifestyle changes. He will empower you, guide you, and strengthen you [If you choose to let Him].
  4. He died so you can live a victorious life here on earth, now! [My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life – John 10:10]
  5. You may have failed many past attempts at dieting and getting in better physical condition on your own. It is up to you to choose and accept His help and wisdom to make the lifestyle changes you need to.
  6. You were created to bring glory to God and to serve others. A healthy strong body is seriously beneficial for life on Earth.

  • The change you long for is not a burden, you must bear alone. You may feel trapped, but you are not.
  • Commit your works, and your thoughts will be established.
  • God provides the power and desire to change.
  • God is at work in you!

How can you improve?

  • Spiritual:
    • Daily quiet time, bible study and meditation.
    • Renew your mind.
  • Nutrition:
    • Height to waist ratio/ BMI.
    • What, when, how much?
    • (Address the 3 levers).
  • Physical exercise:
    • Cardio/strength 3-6 times a week, for +-30min.

What you do today affects your tomorrow – count the cost?
